临时住宿登记所需材料
Materials required for registration of temporary accommodation
1、本人有效出入境证件原件（外国人一般持有护照；港澳居民一般持有港澳居民来往内地通行证或居住证；台湾居民一般持有台湾居民来往大陆通行证、旅行证或居住证；华侨持中国护照或旅行证）。

1、境外人员与留宿人是亲友关系的，提供留宿人姓名、身份证号码、联系电话、住址等基本信息。

3、租房合同、购房合同、房产证等（境外人员租赁房屋居住的提供租房合同原件，以及房东姓名、身份证号码、联系电话等，若系接待或工作单位租赁的则除租房合同原件外还需提供接待或工作单位说明；若房屋系境外人员本人购买的，则提供房产证原件或购房合同）。

违反上述规定，不办理住宿登记的外国人，依据《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》第七十六条第一款第（六）项的规定，给予警告可以并处二千元以下的罚款。

旅馆未按照规定办理外国人住宿登记的，依照《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》的有关规定予以处罚；未按照规定向公安机关报送外国人住宿登记信息的，给予警告；情节严重的，处一千元以上五千元以下罚款。
